Guarding services are supported by a 24-hour manned Control Centre with armed Response back-up and a comprehensive infrastructure. All UNPROFOR Security Guards are equipped with mobile communication devices to ensure they are in contact at all times.
A thorough Risk Analysis is conducted prior to commencement of services detailing risks and recommendations on safety and security requirements from where a tailor-made security solution is devised.

- Access and Egress of all residents, visitors, domestic worker, contractor, casual labour and deliveries is persistently managed.
- Access is monitored through the use of a specifically designed access control system eg. Access cards, control registers, pre-clearance of visitors or any other contract specific requirements.

Security personnel deployed to commercial and corporate environments are well trained and include customer care, observation skills, loss control, theft techniques, asset control and training in site specific operating rules and procedures amongst others.

This division is headed by highly trained and experienced Investigators, supported by an efficient Crime Information Centre where crime statistics are recorded, processed and monitored.
